Sun Joe wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back returns-eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for a refund of the purchase price minus the original shipping cost (where applicable) and Return Label fee (the Return Label fee is calculated by UPS). Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs, where applicable, will not be refunded. If an item needs to be exchanged or replaced due to a product defect, no Return Label fee will be deducted. Once we receive your return, Sun Joe will credit your original method of payment.
